Little A Discovered his Nipples
I look over at Little A who has unzipped his zipper and is actually grabbing his nipples. I try to ignore it, but I once again hear, "Milk?"
I smile, "nipples. That is your chest."
But he's insistant and smiles really big, "MILK!" Suddenly he's trying to pull his nipples towards his mouth and he's making the sucking sound as if he's pretending to drink. I was in hysterics by this time, but finally convinced him he did NOT have milk and gave him a cup instead. We did finally get the pajamas put back on.
Talk about the strange things kids do.
Crayola Toothbrush Winner

I really like the Crayola Flossers, my 4 year old tries to use real floss or our EZ Thru flossers, its too cute! The way I encourage him to brush his teeth is by saying "you have to say cheese" to brush his fronts, and "you have to say ahhhh" to get his back and sides. He loves it! He always asks "are my teeth clean?" and I will say "did you say cheese and ahhh?" then I will finish up for him. Thanks for the giveaway!
By the way CDStardust, the hubby and I spent over an HOUR looking at your blog and cracking up laughing. Ya'll should check it out, she's hilarious. Please email me at homemom3@gmail.com with your mailing address.

First, he's dreaming. Second I responded, "What? A magazine."
"Mom, they are in bathing suits."
My response, "Oh you want women in bathing suits?"
He quickly took the leap. "YES!"

Wordless Wednesday

As you may and may not know, two weeks ago I started the process of "Living better and Looking Better." Okay, I actually wanted to lose weight and look great doing it. I think it would build my self-esteem up and make me feel great about the way I looked. I took out the pasta and replaced it with delicious fruits and yummy veggies. I'm no longer drinking 3 fraps a day from Starbucks but the occasional one is good. I don't think you have to take everything out of your life at once. :) Especially if it is something that makes you smile. Right?
I posted a pic of myself about a week ago, here's a new shot and I must say I really like it. What do you think? No it this isn't a wordless Wednesday as I'm talking but it's my post for today. :) I'll update more later. Happy WW!

FIREPROOF: It May just Save Your Marriage

#1 No matter how well you think you know your mate, you can always learn something new. It seems that while you and she/he were dating you did everything to get to know them and woo them. Am I right? However, once married many times they think they've got the girl/guy so no need to worry. A marriage needs romance, it needs the spark and this movie talks about that and many ways that you can do it.
#2 When two people work in the family, time apart seems to get bigger and bigger. Make time for one another, even if it means getting home a little earlier and surprising the other with dinner.
#3 It's the little things that matter. Have you ever heard that phrase? It is, things all add up. He/she comes home to a messy house, something gets left out during the day/night, something doesnt' get done. An appoinment it missed, etc. But with each thing that passes and no words are spoken it'll add up until it is this huge pile in the middle of the room.
#4 Marriage takes work- How many of you have a perfect marriage? Yeah, I didn't think I'd see hands. A marriage takes a lot of work, it is very much like a garden. You have to constantly take care of it, groom it and make sure weeds don't grow. Water it and make sure it gets light, then it'll bloom and shine for you. If you let things slide, ignore the other or just don't show appreciation to one another your flower will wilter. (sp)
#5 A marriage takes two- Yes, it isn't a one person marriage where one spouse does all the work. If there is a problem, it takes two people, just like making love. Not just one person can perform that act. To make something beautiful and last the two must become one and be able to work together. But it has to be two coming together to make any problems disappear, there will be struggles to do it but the end result is always a happier marriage.
In FIREPROOF, he and she both work and neither are home much. When she is she's caring for a sick mom, he's a fire fighter so he's always on call. He is angry she never pays much mind to him or even have groceries in the house. She's upset over his addiction that she can't compete with. But it seems they let it get to the point that they have to explode at one another before finally seeking help. His father, who's just found GOD, sends him a book called "The Love Dare" and in it there are these 40 steps to help him get her back. But he must follow them. Course how can he when she no longer wants him. I won't give away anymore of the movie, but it is so great and has such a strong storyline I wanted to recommend it to everyone out there. Please, please get it for yourselves.
I haven't bought the movie, I rented it but do plan on buying it one day. I did go out and buy the book "The Love Dare" and it came in the mail today. I'm already reading it. Each day has a little message and a dare for you.
Dares:
Day 1: Don't be quick to anger, say something positive or nothing at all. "It is better to say nothing, than something you'll regret." (very true)
Day 2: Continue with no negative and do one unexpected gesture as an act of kindness for him/her.
Day 3: "Whatever you put your time, energy, and money into will become more important to you. It's hard to care for something you aren't investing in. Along with restraining from negative comments, buy your spouse something that says, "I've been thinking of you today.""
Each day has a special thing to do, say, feel or discover about yourself. I hope this helps someone out there. I know I enjoyed this movie very much.

V. Motion goes Pink
What comes with the Vtech V.Motion Active Learning System? The system of course, which is pink and white. You also get the wireless, motion activated joystick. All V.Smile Smartridge games will work on this. Plus it comes with a V.link that you could go online for and download the free games. It also inclued one game, for us it was the Action Mania.
Oh the great thing about the joystick, besides the fact it doesn't have to be plugged in is it can be for a righty or a lefty.
Another bonus, all I have to do is plug this into the back of the tv and it comes on. No other things, I'm so not tech-like when it comes to video games but I can get this up and running in no time. The kids can even do that. Oh and it comes with the batteries needed, unlike many toys these days.
Action Mania allows your kids to race cars, sled down hills, etc (there are 6 things they get to try) all while finding the letters that comes next, before or just shows up. Mine were having a ton of fun on this and didn't want to end. Little A (the baby) tends to be seen even with just the controller, I think he knows men love the REMOTE. We also discovered that they can pick either the wireless control and move the gadget(controller) the way they want or direction, or they can choose to use the joystick on the controller. Mine like just the controller not the joystick.
The V.Motion System is aimed at kids 3-7 years old and they have a ton of other games for it too. Here's a few with reviews: KungFu Panda, Scooby Doo, Dora the Explorer, Mickey Mouse, Thomas the Tank, Spiderman and of course Wall E.
Thank you V-Tech, now to get a few more ABC and learn to Count games and we'll be on a role. I'm also happy to see a game machine geared toward the younger kids instead of these hard to hold controllers that the older ones use. This is great for kids that love watching the older siblings and those just starting to learn their ABCs and stuff.
Steelers WON!
Steelers 27 Cardinals 23
Super Bowl from Minsky's

We ordered: Two large pizzas (pepperoni & sausage) with curly fries and drinks. I love the sausage, not to fond of the pepperoni. By the way for those reading my blog on a regular basis, yes I am starting my, "Get in Shape and Look Great Doing it" next week. Well on Monday actually. Once we leave here we'll be headed back to our very popular street this weekend and go home. At home we have our party all set up and ready.

Super Bowl Commercials Already Out
Here are two, let me know which one you like. There was another one but it might not be in the Super Bowl.
The one above BabyGirl and I watched together, at the end she said. "Hey what about Women, can't I drink it?" Oh you gotta love that. The hubby and I laughed the whole way through it.
