I recently got to review a really cute product line by Gum Brand, with this being the Dental Hyigene month what better product right? I received a cute little canvas bag that I can pull the strings and use over and over from Crayola, it held three toothbrushes, floss sticks, soft picks and a few other items. One of those toothbrushes was the Crayola Timer light toothbrush, this is a favorite for the kids. Why? It lights up and kids love that, you brush your teeth until the light shuts off. When you are done there is a tiny suction cup at the bottom that way you can make sure it stays in a standinb position. These also come in: Red, blue, green and yellow.
The kids' love the flossers as they get to do it themselves without wrapping the floss around their fingers. I love the Summit toothbrush as it really gets into the gumline and in between the teeth. These toothbrushes have a tapered-bristle tip that helps clean the teeth.

I love the toothbrushes with the suction cups- my husband says he wants his like that too to stay up and clean
we encourage by reminding them if they want teeth when they are older they need to brush now
I encourage by actually getting them started, they are young so I start the brushing each time and let them finish. They see us brush several times a day so they know its something everyone does. They seem to enjoy it.

i love the crayola toothbrush for my youngest son. we got him to brush by making a game out of it...called get the sugarbugs. it works. and he brushes...without any problems...2x a day!!

I really like the Crayola Flossers, my 4 year old tries to use real floss or our EZ Thru flossers, its too cute! The way I encourage him to brush his teeth is by saying "you have to say cheese" to brush his fronts, and "you have to say ahhhh" to get his back and sides. He loves it! He always asks "are my teeth clean?" and I will say "did you say cheese and ahhh?" then I will finish up for him. Thanks for the giveaway!

What a great idea for there to be a light that shuts off when they are done brushing. Getting my boys to brush long enough is always hard so this would help. I get my kids to brush by sticking to a routine

I started "brushing" my daugthers teeth when she got her first tooth (using the gummy finger brush), I hope the habit of doing that will simply continue. But I'd encourage her by setting a good example and letting the dentist talk to her.
